Shipping
All domestic orders will be shipped using USPS, and will be processing in 2-3 business days.

All international orders will be shipped using USPS or DHL depending on the chosen method during checkout. All customs and import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. International orders will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking
Artisan Outlet will send you an email to confirm your order had been received, and another email to confirm your order has shipped. This email will have a link with a tracking number.

Return and Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to return or exchange any product. All items must be unused and in original condition and must be authorized with a valid return authorization number. Any items not in their original condition, or without a return authorization number will not be refunded or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is received, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
